Adolph Islands er ei gruppe småøyar og skjer nordvest for Watkins Island i Biscoe Islands. Ho vart kartlagd frå flyfoto under Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (FIDASE) (1956–57). Ho vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter amerikanske Edward F. Adolph, professor i fysiologi ved University of Rochester, 1948–60, sp, spesialiserte seg på korleis menneske reagerer på kulde.
