Block Peak
Block Peak er ein fjelltopp, 2770 meter over havet, som ligg 4 nautiske mil nordvest for Mauger Nunatak i Grosvenor Mountains. Det vart oppdaga av Richard E. Byrd på ein flytur under Byrd-ekspedisjonen til Sørpolen i november 1929, og vart namngjeve av han etter William Block, sonen til Paul Block, som støtta ekspedisjonen økonomisk.[1]
