Cape Howard
Cape Howard er eit høgt, flatt, snødekt nes ytst på halvøya mellom Lamplughfjorden og Odomfjorden, på austkysten av Palmer Land i Antarktis. Det vart oppdaga av medlemmar frå U.S. Antarctic Service som utforska langs denne kysten på bakken og frå lufta i 1940. Det vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter August Howard, grunnleggar av American Polar Society og redaktør i The Polar Times.[1]
