Friar Island
Friar Island er ei øy som ligg like nordaust for Manciple Island i Wauwermans Islands i Wilhelm Archipelago. Ho er med på eit argentinsk kart frå 1952, men utan namn. Ho vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1958 etter The Friar, ein av personane i Geoffrey Chaucer-romanen The Canterbury Tales.[1]
