Humps Island
Humps Island er ei 0,5 nautiske mil lang øy med to toppar nær vestenden, som ligg 4 nautiske mil sør-søraust for tuppen av The Naze, ei halvøy nord på James Ross Island, som ligg sør for nordaustenden av Den antarktiske halvøya. Ho vart oppdaga av Den svenske antarktiskekspedisjonen under Otto Nordenskjöld, 1901–04. Dette skildrane namnet vart gjeve av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1948 etter ei landmåling av området av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey i 1945.[1]
