Richmond upon Thames er ein bydel i den sørvestlege delen av Stor-London. Den er ein av dei få bydelane som dekkjer område på begge sider av Themsen.

Distriktet blei oppretta i 1965 ved at krinsane Twickenham i Middlesex, Richmond upon Thames og Barnes i Surrey blei slått saman.
