Mary-Kate Olsen

Mary-Kate Olsen (fødd 13. juni 1986) er ein amerikansk skodespelarar. Ho og tvillingsystra Ashley Olsen starta karrieren i fjernsynsserien Full House (Under samme tak) då dei var 9 månadar gamle. Der delte dei rolla som vesle Michelle Tanner.

Etter kvart fekk tvillingane Robert Thorne som manager. Som 6-åringar spelte dei inn sin fyrste film, To Grandmother's House We Go. Seinare, då systrene vart eldre spelte dei inn ein ny fjernsynsserie kalla Two of a Kind (Tvillingtrøbbel). Då tvillingane vart 14, spelte dei inn fjernsyn-serien So Little Time. 15 år gamle kom dei i Guinness rekordbok for høgste inntekt for ei barnestjerne på fjernsyn.

I 2004 fylte Mary-Kate og Ashley Olsen atten, og fekk dermed kontroll over heile formuen sin. Dei vart òg presidentar i selskapet sitt, Dualstar, og gav ut den siste filmen begge spelte i New York Minute. Same året fekk dei ei stjerne på den prestisjetunge Hollywood Walk of Fame, og dei starta studium på New York University.
