The Christmas Spirit er det syttande albumet, og den fyrste joleplata, til countryartisten Johnny Cash. Det vart utgitt av Columbia Records i november 1963. Albumet inneheld fire jolesongar skrive av Cash, og åtte songar av andre låtskrivarar, blant anna "Blue Christmas", "Silent Night" og "Little Drummer Boy".

"Christmas as I Knew It" vart spelt inn 10. juli 1963. Resten av songane vart spelt inn 17. og natt til 18. september 1963.
