The Fortress
The Fortress er eit platåfjell i Beacon Supergroup i Victoria Land i Antarktis, med fire utstikkar som har over 300 meter høge fjellveggar. Han ligg på skuldra nordaust for Webb-breen og utgjer ein del av isskilje mellom Webb-breen og Victoria Upperbreen. Åsen vart namngjeven av Victoria University of Wellington Antarctic Expedition, 1959–60 etter den festning-liknande utsjånaden.[1]
