Blood, Sweat and Tears er det femtande albumet av countryartisten Johnny Cash. Det vart utgitt i 1963 på Columbia Records. Det er eit konseptalbum der arbeidarane i sambandstatane er tema. "The Legend of John Henry's Hammer" og "Busted" er to av songane på plata. Den siste vart gitt ut som singel, og begge songane var med på Cash si berømte plate, At Folsom Prison, fem år seinare.

Namnet på albumet er inspirert av eit Winston Churchill-sitat, der han seier han kan gi det Engelske folket "nothing but blood, toil, tears, and sweat."

7. juni 1962 vart den fyrste låten på plata, "The Legend of John Henry's Hammer", spelt inn. 30. og natt til 31. juli 1962 vart "Casey Jones" og "Waiting for a Train" spelt inn. Resten av songane vart spelt inn 21. og 22. august 1962. All innspeling foregjekk i Columbia Recording Studio i Nashville, Tennessee.^[2]
