Lee Perry

Rainford Hugh Perry (20. mars 1936–29. august 2021), kjend som Lee «Scratch» Perry, var ein jamaicansk musikar og musikkprodusent. Han stod bak musikkstudioet Black Ark, og var blant dei mest innverknadsrike personane innan reggae og dub. Saman med King Tubby og ei gruppe andre jamaicanske musikarar og produsentar bidrog han til å vidareutvikla ska og rocksteady til reggaemusikk ved slutten av 1960-talet, og til å skapa musikkforma dub på 1970-talet. Lee Perry produserte mellom anna mange av platene til Bob Marley & the Wailers.
