Bladnasar (Phyllostomidae) er ein familie i småflaggermus (Microchiroptera). Det er 192 artar i familien. Dei er kjend for ein bladliknande nase. Dei fleste artane lever i skogar og et mykje forskjellig. Store artar et frosk, øgle, fugl og andre flaggermus. Mindre artar et insekt, medan dei tre artane vampyrflaggermus (Desmodontinae), som også er i denne familien, drikk blod frå dyr som gris, hest og ku. Familien blir også kalla «New World»-bladnasar fordi dei kjem frå den såkalla «nye verda». Dei lever i Nord-Amerika, det sentrale Amerika og Sør-Amerika. Amerikanske flaggermus som dette er å finne i området frå sørvest i USA til nord i Argentina, og frå vestre Karibia til det sentrale Chile.
