Consort Islands
Consort Islands er to småøyar i Marguerite Bay i Antarktis. Dei ligg 0,5 nautiske mil nordaust for Emperor Island i Îles Dion. Îles Dion vart først oppdaga og grovkartlagde i 1909 av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen. Consort Islands vart kartlagde i 1948 av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey og ho fekk dette namnet av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee fordi ho er tilknytt Emperor Island (consort tyder 'gemalinne' på engelsk, emperor tyder 'keisar'.[1]
