Grimes Ridge
Grimes Ridge er ein høg, nesten heilt isdekt rygg ved nordsida av Holtbreen på Bear Peninsula ved Walgreen Coast i Marie Byrd Land i Antarktis. Han vart først kartlagt av US Geological Survey frå flyfoto tekne under U.S. Navy Operasjon Highjump i januar 1947, og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter kaptein E.W. Grimes, eit medlem av U.S. Army Aviation Detachment som støtta operasjonane i Antarktis under Operasjon Deep Freeze 1966.[1]
