Ghaggar-Hakra er ei elv i India og Pakistan som berre renn i monsuntida. Elva er kjend som Ghaggar før Ottu-overløpet i Haryana og Hakra etter. Elva har utspring i Sivalikfjella i Himachal Pradesh. Ho renn vidare gjennom Haryana og Punjab til Rajasthan, før ho renn ut i og forsvinn i Tharørkenen.[1]
