Högbom Outcrops
Högbom Outcrops er nokre klippermed ei høgd opp mot kring 1 000 moh på austsida av enden av Schimperbreen i Herbert Mountains i Shackletonkjeda i Antarktis. Dei vart fotograferte frå lufta av U.S. Navy i 1967 og kartlagt av British Antarctic Survey i 1968–71. I samband med at det vart nytta namn på glasiologar i området, vart klippa namngjeven i 1971 av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter Arvid Gustaf Högbom (1857–1940), ein svensk geolog som gjorde viktige bidrag til glasiologi nord i Sverige.[1]
