Sekretogranin-1 eller kromogranin B er eit protein i proteinfamilien granin, og det største og minst sure av proteina i familien. Det har vid utbreiing hjå nevroendokrine seller. Det vert kløyvd opp i ulike mindre peptid, som GAWK og sekretolytin, og i alt er 18 potensielle kløyvingssete kjende. Sekretolytin verkar sterkt bakteriedrepande mot gram-negative bakteriar, og er funne med ei vid utbreiing i sentralnervesystemet i nerveseller og gliaseller.^[4]^[5]

Sekretogranin-1 er kjent frå dyr som pattedyr, fuglar og froskar. Menneskeutgåva har ei lengd på 677 aminosyrerestar, inkludert eit signalpeptid på 20 restar.^[6] Ho har strukturelle likskapar med kromogranin A.^[7]
