Hoyt Axton
Hoyt Wayne Axton (25. mars 1938–26. oktober 1999)[1] var ein USA-amerikansk visesongar og låtskrivar, gitarist og film- og TV-skodespelar. Han vart kjend tidleg i 1960-åra og etablerte seg på Vestkysten som ein visesongar med ein jordnær stil og mektig røyst. Etter kvart vart songane hans kjend verda over. Blant desse finn ein «Joy to the World», «The Pusher», «No No Song», «Greenback Dollar», «Della and the Dealer» og «Never Been to Spain».[2]
