Rupert Neville Hine (fødd 22. september 1947) er ein engelsk musikar, låtskrivar og plateprodusent, som har produsert album for artistar som Kevin Ayers,[1] Tina Turner,[2] Howard Jones,[2] Saga, The Fixx, Bob Geldof, Thompson Twins, Stevie Nicks,[2] Chris de Burgh, Suzanne Vega, Rush, Underworld, Duncan Sheik, Formula og Eleanor McEvoy.[3] I tillegg har Hine sjølv spelt inn elleve album, inkludert fleire under sitt eige namn, namnet Thinkman og med gruppa Quantum Jump.
