With The Beatles er det andre albumet til The Beatles og vart spelt inn fire månader etter debutalbumet og gjeve ut 22. november 1963.

Albumet inneheld åtte originale komposisjonar og seks coverversjonar, hovudsakleg Motown- og R&B-hittar. Dei fleste songane på albumet vart gjeve ut i USA som Meet the Beatles! den 20. januar 1964, og songane som ikkje kom med her var med på deira neste amerikanske album The Beatles' Second Album.

I september 1965 hadde albumet seld ein million eksemplar, og vart det andre albumet i Storbritannia som gjorde dette (det første var musikken til musikalen South Pacific). Han låg på toppen av albumlista i Storbritannia i 21 samanhengande veker og avløyste Please Please Me slik at Beatles hadde halde topplassen i 51 veker på rad. Han nådde til og med 11. plass på «singellista» (fordi den britiske lista talde alle selde plater uansett format).

Musikkmagasinet Rolling Stone plasserte albumet på 420. plass på lista si få 2003 over dei 500 beste albuma gjennom tidene.[15] På den oppdaterte lista frå 2012 var albumet ute av lista.

26. februar 1987 vart With The Beatles offisielt gjeve ut på CD i lag med tre andre Beatles-album.
