«Spellbound» er ein song av det engelske rockebandet Siouxsie and the Banshees. Han vart skriven av gruppa med Nigel Gray som medprodusent. Songen kom ut i 1981 på Polydor som den første singelen frå det fjerde albumet deira, Juju.

«Spellbound» kom ut på Polydor 22. mai 1981. Singelen nådde 22. plassen på UK Singles Chart i 1981.[2][3] Han nådde òg 64. plassen på den amerikanske National Disco Action Top 80-lista.[4]

12"-versjonen av songen kom ut som bonusspor på 2006-utgåva av Juju.

Mottaking endre

Melody Maker kalla singelen «spanande».[5] The Guardian omtalte songen som eit «popunder».[6]

I 2006 æra Mojo gitaristen John McGeoch ved å rangere han som ein av dei hundre beste gitaristane gjennom tidene for spelinga si på «Spellbound».[7]
