Haydn Bendall
Haydn Bendall (fødd 12. april 1951) er ein engelsk plateprodusent, lydteknikar og miksar. Han var sjefsteknikar i Abbey Road Studios i ti år[1] og fekk Audio Pro Industry Excellence Award for beste studioteknikar i 2009.[2]

Bendall samarbeidde tidleg med Tony Clarke på album med Herbie Flowers, BeBop Deluxe, Steve Harley, Alan Parsons, Cliff Richard og Camel,[3] og utvikla eit nært samarbeid med Sky. I 1980- og 1990-åra arbeidde han med Kate Bush på fem album, inkludert Hounds of Love i 1985. I Abbey Road arbeidde han som lydteknikar eller produsent for XTC, Bonnie Tyler, Tina Turner og Massive Attack. Han arbeidde òg på filmmusikk som The Long Good Friday[4] og Ryuichi Sakamoto sin Oscar- og grammyprisvinnande musikk[5] for The Last Emperor.[6]
Etter å ha slutta i Abbey Road i 1991, vart Bendall sjølvstendig produsent og lydteknikar.[7] Han arbeidde då med The Pet Shop Boys, Everything but the Girl, Pat Metheny, Chris Botti, Leona Lewis, The Priests, Mike Batt og Katie Melua.[8][9]
