Timothy S. «Ripper» Owens (fødd 13. september 1967) er ein USA-amerikansk heavy metal-songar, som for tida spelar med Beyond Fear, Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force og Charred Walls of the Damned. Han vart først kjend som solosongaren i Judas Priest, og så i Iced Earth. Han tok kallenamnet «Ripper» frå Judas Priest-songen «The Ripper» då han spelte i hyllestbandet British Steel.[1]
