Albumet er ein oppfølgjar til The Greatest Live Show on Earth som kom i 1964 og vart spelt inn i Panther Hall i Fort Worth i Texas den 20. august 1966. Den vesle konsertstaden var ein regional suksess og hadde blitt vitja av mange countrystjerner, som Bob Wills, George Jones, Wanda Jackson og Willie Nelson, som spelte inn sitt eige konsertalbum der to månader tidlegare. I boka si Jerry Lee Lewis: Lost and Found skriv Joe Bonomo at det tredje konsertalbumet til Lewis var «spelt inn med spinkel lyd og var dårleg klypt, men er eit ganske hardt countryalbum. Det er nok verken Concert at Carnegie Hall with Buck Owens and the Buckaroos eller Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison, men i ettertid syner det eit steg i retning av det kommersielle comebacket til Jerry Lee.» Albumet gjekk ikkje inn på salslistene.
